My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, and the rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The breakfast options were tasty and varied, which added to our mornings. The location was very convenient for exploring NYC, particularly with the bus service nearby. However, there were a few minor hiccups, like the need for better directions in the breakfast area due to crowded lines.
