i liked that the location was central. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were also very helpful, especially with directions. the room was surprisingly quiet for a central location.

The elevators were occasionally slow. A bit of a wait during peak times was normal.

The room featured a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. i found the bus station to newark airport nearby very useful. it made my transportation smooth. times square and high line were within walking distance. What a plus! i also discovered several dining options close by.

The breakfast had a limited variety of cold cuts. It would be nice with more options.

I stayed twice this year, once in march and again in june! the breakfast buffet offered a great variety. The location is really close to times square. I liked that it was slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is well equipped with amenities.

The elevators experienced a delay during peak hours! this caused some waiting time.

the location provided easy access to several subway lines. the complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold items. it included fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. i found the water filter in the tap a very convenient amenity.

The elevators proved to be a significant issue . wait times were often long, especially during peak hours. this caused delays in getting to and from my room. the room cleaning service was not consistent. It was only performed once during my four-night stay.
