a lovely stay in the city

the location proved wonderful with convenient access to subway stations. bryant park was just a block away and times square was a short walk. the staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. the buffet breakfast had a waffle maker, it was such a delight!
The sofa bed was quite worn. I found myself wishing for a bit more comfort.

the staff guided me with a sincere approach and provided clear directions to nearby attractions, i liked their genuine care. they assisted me with luggage storage after checkout, that allowed me to explore a bit more.

the kitchenette had a full refrigerator, silverware, and a dishwasher. it was great for storing food (i could even save some money on meals).
The hotel felt outdated with issues. the pipes made a lot of screechy noise whenever anyone used water in their bathroom. I could hear them in my room. the duvet filling felt hard and lumpy, and when i requested another one, it was also the same way.
