Really good Service and Prime Location

The front desk staff was helpful, especially Kofi Benn, who found me a quiet room despite the music from the top floor club. The doorman was attentive and helped with luggage, anticipating my needs. I found the location great because it was easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and the theatre.
The lighting in my room was not very good, as the room was always somewhat dim, even with all the lights turned on.

The King Room Silver had a comfortable, clean bed, and a nice bathroom. The cleanliness was particularly noteworthy that much more enjoyable.
