I liked the short walk to the subway and tram. it allowed easy access to manhattan without all the noise. the full bookshelves in the lobby looked good and felt inviting. Wendy at check-in was helpful. the room had quiet good blackout curtains and a comfy bed.

The check-in staff was very friendly. Wendy, in particular, was a great help. reception staff was always cheerful and ready to help us. It really set a positive tone for our stay. the manager was very helpful too. we loved the service!

Our king skyline view room was high up on the twelfth floor. It had an really good view of manhattan. the rooms were quiet, clean and modern. It had funky twist. the blackout curtains worked well.

i found the hotel very accessible to transportation options. the hotel offered a short walk to both the subway and the tram. the tram was super convenient and fast and offered great views.

The location on roosevelt island was a true find. it was peaceful and quiet. It offered a welcome break from hectic manhattan. the island's green spaces were great for a morning walk. we loved the location.

i really loved this hotel. the location is fabulous with many parks and waterfront walks nearby i appreciated the elevated tram to manhattan it was only 100 yards from the hotel. the restaurant was good too they had a good selection of dishes.
i was disappointed that there were no water bottles available in the rooms i also found only plastic cups were provided it's not what i would expect from a hotel of this standard.

the restaurant offered granola yogurt fruit juice and coffee a great way to start the day i thought. breakfast provided a sufficient selection with everything i needed for a full day of exploration. the lobby was a great space too.

the reception service was very pleasant and friendly they were very helpful too. i found the staff consistently available and attentive . i never had a problem when i needed help.

the room was spacious and modern with all the comforts that i needed the bathroom was also great i thought. i really enjoyed the air conditioning since it was hot in july. the views of the skyline were really good.
