The room size, a classic king, was adequate for my needs. i found the staff helpful, especially with directions. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. It was neat.
the street noise at night was noticeable though not excessively disturbing.

climate control blackout curtains
I am thrilled with my room! The Classic King room had fantastic climate control. I find the blackout curtains were also amazing, perfect for a good night's sleep. I totally loved it!
I was only bummed there weren't enough power outlets by the bed.

straightforward check-in quiet floor great staff
The check-in was also very straightforward. I stayed in the King room. I liked the quietness on that floor. I will definitely request that floor for future visits. The cleaning staff was great.
The coffee shop lacked water in the cooler for purchase and could not provide change when paying with cash.

The staff were easy to approach. The operations manager proved helpful and polite. Moreen provided great customer service and offered recommendations for restaurants. She told us to call if we needed anything.

Free pastry and coffee are available every morning. Free cocktails are available every night. I missed them though. A microwave is accessible in the cafe area. I found this arrangement quite convenient.

The hotel is a short walk from the subway. The Manhattan Bridge is very close. The location offered easy access to different parts of the city. I appreciated the convenience of the nearby amenities.

There are plenty of food options and shops nearby. The hotel is right next to the Manhattan Bridge. I could walk to a Brooklyn Nets game easily. The area felt very accessible.

Mediocre stay. Noisy nights
intersection noise soundproofing issue
The location was acceptable. Close enough to where i needed to be.
the noise was a problem. my room faced a busy intersection, so i heard honking throughout the night. i really needed better soundproofing.

wonderful stay
clean room accessible design helpful staff easy visit
i found the room very clean. it was a classic king ada room, and i appreciated the accessible design. the location worked well for me. the staff was helpful and i had no problems .
i had to call for extra towels, but they arrived quickly.

the hotel has convenient access to nearby subway stops, which i utilized frequently for easy movement throughout the city. the manhattan bridge is also within walking distance, i noticed.

the gym included several cardio machines, treadmills and stationary bikes are available, i saw. i noticed that downstairs they sell good pastries. the elevators needed a key card to operate, for security.

sink hair room location
the room size was acceptable for the price.
I found hairs in the sink upon arrival. It was quite unhygienic. my room's location next to the elevator meant constant noise. there was also a distinct lack of central lighting. The room relied solely on dim lamps.
