The location was acceptable. Close enough to where i needed to be.
the noise was a problem. my room faced a busy intersection, so i heard honking throughout the night. i really needed better soundproofing.

i found the room very clean. it was a classic king ada room, and i appreciated the accessible design. the location worked well for me. the staff was helpful and i had no problems .
i had to call for extra towels, but they arrived quickly.

the hotel has convenient access to nearby subway stops, which i utilized frequently for easy movement throughout the city. the manhattan bridge is also within walking distance, i noticed.

the gym included several cardio machines, treadmills and stationary bikes are available, i saw. i noticed that downstairs they sell good pastries. the elevators needed a key card to operate, for security.

the room size was acceptable for the price.
I found hairs in the sink upon arrival. It was quite unhygienic. my room's location next to the elevator meant constant noise. there was also a distinct lack of central lighting. The room relied solely on dim lamps.

The location was acceptable.
The room lacked enough towels upon arrival. This was quite inconvenient. I requested additional towels and was informed there would be a delay in delivery. the hardware on the mirror between the bathroom and the room was broken.
