west village getaway!
fresh orange juice warm greeting perfect location
The continental breakfast impressed me. Fresh squeezed orange juice tasted amazing. tim and francis greeted me so warmly after shopping all day. the location feels perfect. I can easily get to everything.
the room i had felt tiny, especially with minimal space for my travel bag. i found it hard to move around because it's tight. they didn't even provide a luggage rack for me.

I found the staff helpful. They swiftly addressed a minor issue with the lighting fixture in my room. the hotel's breakfast offered a tasty selection of pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. i also found the location convenient with easy access to subway lines and nearby attractions.
the room i was assigned had limited space for luggage storage.

prime location really good service small room broken tv
the location is certainly prime. it offers many dining options nearby. the customer service was really good from every single staff member, from the front desk to the luggage services. the stay was very pleasant.
the rooms are small, i reminded me of i was entering a prison cell. there was no place to put luggage or walk. the tv didn't work. the heater also didn't reach the bathroom.

i loved the central location , near many shops. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. breakfast included a nice assortment of pastries , yogurt , and hot dishes. my room had ample storage space.
the elevator service was occasionally slow , requiring a bit of extra patience.

I appreciated the concierge service. Christian Ribeiro offered excellent dining recommendations. I found wonderful lasagna thanks to him. The location provides easy access to the subway. Exploring was very convenient. The decor created a Parisian ambiance. It felt luxurious. Breakfast was complimentary. I liked the selection of pastries, juice, coffee, and tea.
I noticed the walls seemed thin. Noise from neighboring rooms was audible at times.
