comfortable area security elevator comfortable bed
the hotel has a comfortable seated waiting area. i appreciated the security of elevator access with a registered room key. free wi-fi was available. the beds were very comfortable. the bathroom was rather large with a bathtub. there was an ice machine on various floors.
the hotel did not provide cable tv which would have been nice to have. it also was an issue that there was a lack of breakfast. there was always an issue when i wanted to eat breakfast. it didn't matter what time i went in the morning

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. I recommend checking out the rooftop on the 17th floor. It is a cool spot at night. I look forward to staying here again!
I found it slightly annoying that the elevators were quite busy sometimes.

broken tv outdated room limited breakfast
the location was acceptable.
The tv did not work at all . the outdated room needed significant improvements, including the carpet and furniture. the breakfast offered was very limited. I received only a small croissant and muffin.
