the location is really good. it is near many restaurants and interesting spots. free coffee was available on the second floor. i found the room to be spacious.
the gym is quite small. i noticed a lack of maintenance in the gym. one machine had tape around a cable.

The staff arranged transportation for me and provided useful recommendations. The location was excellent, close to major attractions. My room on the 14th floor offered a view of the cathedral. It also included a fridge and microwave, which I found convenient. The hotel is near the E and F train lines providing access to the LGA airport.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant though there are multiple dining options nearby. I found several cafes and restaurants within a short walk, nice for a variety of choices.

The staff was professional and very friendly. They addressed my requests before arrival. I especially appreciated the bell service and the front desk attention, they were very helpful with directions.

the staff was helpful. lesley and erick at reception allowed me to check in early at 2pm. the location is wonderful (it is just right across rockefeller plaza).
i was informed that housekeeping was done once every three days. i stayed for six nights, and the room was cleaned just once. the bathroom ventilation grill was in unacceptable condition. the furniture showed significant wear and tear.
