The receptionist seemed strikingly uninterested in helping anyone. She directed us to a qr code then wandered off, rather unwelcoming.

the location is convenient to tubes. the room was spacious. the chez mal brasserie offered an excellent meal with half price steaks on thursday evenings. it was the best meal i had .
check in was slow because the single staff member on reception had multiple tasks. my key card needed reconfiguration multiple times. there was no magnifying mirror is the bathroom. it was quite inconvenient.

I appreciated the hotel's location near farringdon's elizabeth line station. It allowed easy access to the city center. the staff was friendly, i seemed like they cared. i also enjoyed the non-alcoholic cocktails! i found the accessible room well-designed with a spacious shower and safety features.
Vegan options during breakfast were limited. It would be great to see a broader selection in the future.

The breakfast choices were amazing (especially the full cooked English option!). The hotel's location proved convenient with proximity to the tube station. I found great wardrobe space in the room. It was quite useful. I discovered a Michelin-star Italian restaurant, Luca on John Street, near the hotel. It was really good.
The check-in process seemed slow because a single staff member handled new arrivals, phone calls, and luggage retrieval.

i found the location very convenient for nearby travel. the area was surprisingly quiet given its central location. the room was very quiet, nice for restful sleep.
The bathroom mirror was a bit dark. It made makeup application difficult.
