The breakfast choices were amazing (especially the full cooked English option!). The hotel's location proved convenient with proximity to the tube station. I found great wardrobe space in the room. It was quite useful. I discovered a Michelin-star Italian restaurant, Luca on John Street, near the hotel. It was really good.
The check-in process seemed slow because a single staff member handled new arrivals, phone calls, and luggage retrieval.

i found the location very convenient for nearby travel. the area was surprisingly quiet given its central location. the room was very quiet, great for restful sleep.
The bathroom mirror was a bit dark. It made makeup application difficult.
