The reception area was beautiful!!! i especially appreciated the refillable water station. It was a great touch. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. bus stops were right outside, and tube stations were within a 10-minute walk.

the room was quite small for a 4-star hotel. housekeeping didn't clean the room every day. the day they did clean, the quality was lacking, unfortunately. the beds were too soft for my liking.

Rose was such a help when my partner needed medical attention. She was efficient. the location is excellent. It is close to many attractions. i found the breakfast really nice, with many choices.

the room was hot because the air conditioning system did not work properly. we were given a fan, but it didn't help much.
