I found the room very clean and well presented. The location proved convenient for transit and Borough Market (a nice spot for foodies!). There was ample closet space to keep my belongings organized.
The breakfast option was somewhat limited, consisting of porridge in a bag.

The hotel is near bankside pier. It allows fast access to the thames clipper service. the location makes discovering the city easy, especially east area. the bed was comfortable, and the bramley products elevated my experience.
the shower lacked a curtain, so the bathroom floor got wet. i needed to use extra towels to mop (it was a minor inconvenience).

The location is quite convenient. it is super close to borough market, and there are nice cafés and restaurants nearby. also, it's super close to two underground stations. the room had a little kitchenette. This was very useful.
our original room had two bright lights above the bed that wouldn't turn off. we didn't realize this until we were trying to sleep, at which point we went to reception. a member of staff came to the room and was unable to fix the issue. they tried to convince us that they were "safety lights".
