The hotel location proved convenient. st paul's station was quite close. i found the breakfast to be really good with a nice variety of options. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Their service was great.

Upon arrival, the front reception area felt a bit confusing since it also served as the entrance to the restaurant. the check-in felt a bit rushed. i was surprised by the mandatory deposit required upon check-in. It was a bit more than expected. the lack of towel rack in the bathroom was a problem.

the hotel was very clean with a great interior. i found the location central and quiet. i also felt safe . the room included dry-robes and sliders.

i noticed the windows cannot be opened. it. i would have liked to open a window for fresh air.

The front of house team provided super friendly and helpful service (I especially remember Bianca). The hotel kindly upgraded me to the General Admission more space to. The hotel also greeted me with a thoughtful fruit bowl, delicious chocolates and a handwritten note from the team. I found it an lovely experience.

The reception felt slightly rushed on arrival.

I have stayed at this hotel for five nights. The location is excellent as it is close to many key areas. I found the front desk staff professional and helpful. Their service was quick. The hotel is elegant, with a romantic atmosphere.

The bathroom in my room was a bit small. Water came out onto the floor after showers.

The restaurant has great attention to detail. I found the food delicious. The breakfast menu had good choices, and Martin at the restaurant offered helpful advice. The restaurant is very pleasant and cute.
