some ISSUES dampened the STAY
fine roomshower leakunfriendly staff
the ROOM was mostly fine, i suppose.
the shower was a HUGE problem. it leaked all over the floor when i used IT. the staff wasnt really friendly or personable, except for one lady at breakfast. they were responsive WHEN asked, but not really attentive.

The hotel decor was BEAUTIFUL and cleanliness was excellent. All staff members were polite and helpful, especially at the front desk. The location is great, near Spitalfields and Brick Lane. I safe area here, and it was lovely and quiet at night.
Soap looked watered down. Cheap-looking shower curtain present.

I REALLY appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor. The bed was SUPER comfy with NICE linens and plump pillows. The bathroom was super clean with fluffy towels and high-end toiletries. I also liked having a Nespresso machine in the room, REALLY important for my morning coffee.
the lighting in the room was rather DIM, even with all the lamps on.

The room was VERY clean and well-kept. The minibar was stocked with a selection of drinks and snacks. I liked the room had a small seating area with COMFORTABLE chairs and a table. The blackout curtains were PERFECT for a good night's sleep.

a fair stay
huge bathroomwelcome proseccobuilding sitehaphazard service
the superior room was a good size. it had a huge bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower. the hotel provided prosecco when i arrived at reception, it was a nice touch.
our room faced a building site. building work started early on saturday so there was much noise. the service felt a bit haphazard, i didn't find any turndown service.
