shower door towel hook
The shower door was hard to close, so the bathroom flooded. I found it irritating. There was also no place to hang and dry towels, a problem since there were three of them. I had to distribute the wet towels around the room (not ideal, I think).

a decent experience
amazing staff clean room stuck lift no assistance
the staff were amazing. one staff member, nicola was nice, that he is still talking about her. the room was clean and cute, it was also well maintained.
i am not really happy with my stay. i got stuck in the lift. i was pressing the bell for ten minutes and no one helped me or answered to let me know help was coming.
