the room size was good for the location.
The air conditioning unit was loud and i couldn't switch it off. it was really bad in the bathroom and restroom. also, the wifi was spotty. My laptop wouldn't connect near the desk but worked fine a few feet away.

I found the location very convenient, near Hyde Park. The front desk staff were particularly attentive and helpful. The building's design, along a tree-lined street, created a peaceful atmosphere. The bar and dining area offered a cozy space to relax after a long day.
The key to my room occasionally malfunctioned, requiring a return to reception for assistance.

loud flushingsneaky fee
The plumbing was a real treat. Flushing the toilet sounded like a herd of elephants stampeding through the pipes. I could hear the neighbor's shower too. Talk about feeling like one big, happy, exposed family! Then, at checkout, they tried to sneak in a "discretionary service fee" on the bill. Sneaky, right? I made them take it off, of course. I am not paying for that nonsense.
