the staff was pleasant. aubaine restaurant was lovely. i thank carmela and the rest of the staff for the upgraded room. i also thank them for their courtesy.
the bed made a lot of noise when you moved. the duvet was smaller than the tube of sheet that it was in, so it was not easy and comfortable. i can see it is easier for laundry to wash sheets for each changeover and the inner duvet a bit less often, but that with the bed's noise meant it wasn't great.

the receptionists were really awesome. one of them, charlize, had a cheerful and friendly personality (that definitely. she offered solutions and recommendations to improve my travel experience. i had a great time starting my mornings at the breakfast restaurant where they prepare custom-made omelets.
the shower head in my room was on a hose, and it pointed at the wall, somewhat awkward to use.

I appreciate the staff's attentiveness. They promptly addressed my needs. The room was spacious and well kept, it easily accommodated my luggage. Proximity to transport and nearby attractions simplified exploring the area. I particularly enjoyed the convenient access to dining options just steps from the hotel.
The bathroom was a bit small. It could have benefited from additional counter space.

The room featured a king-sized bed with crisp linens, AND it included a well-stocked minibar. A writing desk with ample lighting was available, it was suitable for business tasks. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night, they promoted restful sleep.

The room was clean and fresh upon arrival. I appreciated the calm and relaxing ambiance throughout the hotel. Lili Charlize and Ibrahim were warm and helpful staff members. Their positive attitude was notable.
I found the air conditioning quite loud even at the lowest setting. This. It would have been better with a quieter system.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. It is right across from Hyde Park. The proximity to the park made morning walks very easy.
My room service experience was a bit disappointing. It only happened after I asked on the second day. The housekeeping did not vacuum the carpet , which I found a bit unhygienic.

The hotel's proximity to queensway tube station was a huge plus. It made getting around very easy. my king bed was very comfortable. I slept well each night. i found the shower pressure to be excellent. there was also a variety of restaurants nearby, offering many choices for dinner.
the lift was quite slow, i noticed housekeeping staff using it even for short trips between floors.
