The location was good. It was near the tube on the district line.
i was quite disappointed by the lack of daily room cleaning (i thought it would be done daily). they don't even remake the bed or replenish water or coffee. we also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to reception ourselves to get more.

The location felt prime. The room was nice with a view from the 20th floor. I found a common area on the 5th floor, a nice surprise. I really like the view from the top, its very nice.
The check-in was stressful. It took nearly 40 mins. I didn't get any apology at all during that time.

the location was really convenient. it offered easy access to the underground. i found the bathroom and shower to be amazing. the waterfall showerhead had great water pressure and temperature control.
the bed was super hard. i really struggled to get to sleep. there was only one big towel and three tiny towels. this was conflicting since me and my partner both needed a big towel.
