the staff was friendly. thomas, the concierge, was very helpful with directions and luggage..
my room was small and unremarkable. the website photos showed something much nicer than the drab space i got. there was limited space for luggage and moving around was hard..

stylish atmospherecomfortable bed
the atmosphere was inviting and the hotel was stylish i stayed in an executive double room and the bathroom was sparkling the bed was comfortable. breakfast was excellent with a large selection on offer i started with fruit salad and french toast was brought to our table i also had a full english breakfast it was superb.
the restaurant food was only mediocre.

the staff showed very nice kindness they were very helpful and proactive the location felt central next to the tube station and a taxi rank i found it peaceful the decor was beautiful cozy and elegant.

slow breakfastwater leak
the breakfast service disappointed me greatly. i experienced excessive delays and my table remained uncleared. furthermore , the room i occupied had a noticeable water leak , resulting in rain entering the space. i anticipated superior quality considering the price point.

the location was convenient to travel around. the hotel it's just minutes walk from museums. the staff were also nice and helpful throughout my visit, it.
my room smelled of damp, i had to keep the windows open all time. the smell did not disappear even after hours of airing, this problem was very disturbing. also, the check-in process were slow.

The location was very nice. I could easily walk to many museums. the drawing-room was so pretty with comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere. staff quickly helped with our luggage and delivered some tea to us in the drawing-room when we arrived early. the breakfast each morning included a good selection of hot and cold items.
the elevator was a bit small! and only one was available.

our beautiful double room included chocolates upon arrival, a sweet welcome. the room showed classic english furniture creating a lovely atmosphere. the bed was very comfortable allowing for restful nights.

The hotel provides concierge services, and i found them to be helpful. staff booked shows and suggested some wonderful nearby restaurants for us. breakfast had tasty options. I was able to begin each day delightfully.
