Mediocre stay. Some issues noted
slow room servicemissing facilities
The room service was REALLY slow. It felt understaffed. i had to call multiple times to get basic toiletries. The coffee-making facilities were also missing initially. It's frustrating when you expect certain amenities at a hotel. But they require constant requests.

the room was spacious and modern. parking was very convenient, such a relief. i especially loved the helpful staff they has here. bar snacks are available and of high quality.

The location was acceptable with convenient access to public transportation.
I encountered a couple problems . The room lacked basic amenities. Specifically, there were no tea or coffee-making facilities. I was disturbed by staff walking into the room without knocking, quite unsettling.
