Superior rooms range from 18 to 24 square meters and include Simmons double beds. Rooms include Penhaligon's bathroom amenities, Frette bed linen and towels, Samsung Smart TVs, and Wi-Fi.

Michelin-Starred Dining

The Franklin Restaurant, overseen by Michelin-starred Chef Alfredo Russo, serves Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers seating for 30 diners with views of Egerton Gardens. The Franklin Bar, styled in the 1920s, provides cocktails and champagne. The Bar Menu includes classic and signature cocktails. The bar service was slow. It wasn't good enough. breakfast orders were taken, but no explanation was given when there was a problem in the kitchen. our wooden floors were slippery, dangerously so.

I appreciated the quiet location of the hotel. It ensured peaceful nights. the breakfast buffet offered fresh pastries and a variety of cheeses. I always started the day well. the staff was attentive and quickly addressed my inquiries! i found the garden area a serene spot for relaxation.
The lighting in the room was somewhat dim. It occasionally made reading in the evenings a little difficult.

The hotel provides complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the building, this allowed for easy communication. a small fitness center on the premises contains modern equipment. It included treadmills and elliptical machines! daily newspapers were available in the lobby.

The concierge service was efficient in arranging transportation and providing directions. They helped me a lot. the staff offered prompt room service, including a nightly turndown service with chocolates. daily housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness.

the staff were attentive from arrival. reception managed everything efficiently. the room featured frette bedding. this bedding was very comfortable.
the room had subdued lighting. make-up application was challenging. i wish there was brighter lighting.
