adequate stay
adequate studio clean room handy kitchenette cramped kitchen poor design limited space
the studio room was adequate. it was also clean. the room included a kitchenette plus tables with chairs and a sofa.
i booked an apartment. the layout of the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom was cramped plus poorly designed. there was not enough space to move around comfortably, and we kept bumping into things.

great location comfortable bed easy access bad lighting poor hygiene disengaged staff
the location was amazing. it was near many great places like the tower bridge. tube lines were just a few steps away. the bed was super comfortable.
the room had really bad lighting and switches. hygiene was not great. i found dried poop on the underside of my toilet bowl. staff could be more engaging.

Staff helped me check in early. That was nice. the room had a calm vibe. it felt safe and private. i made use of the laundry room. It was free.
the dryer took a long time to fully dry my clothes. maybe i picked out the wrong setting. overall it was minor.

Mixed feelings about the stay
small room inadequate lighting
The location was convenient with easy access to transportation.
The room felt quite small and lacked basic amenities. There was no daily cleaning service unless staying more than seven days. I also found the room lighting to be inadequate and the switches confusing to use (it was a bit frustrating).

convenient location walking distance functional kitchenette
i found the location convenient near the aldgate metro station. spitalfields market and brick lane are easily within walking distance. the price was reasonable considering the location and features provided such as the functional kitchenette with necessary appliances.
the room lacked sufficient natural light even during the day which was a bit disappointing
