I appreciated the central location. It was close to the Tube. I also liked the friendly staff. They took care of my luggage since I arrived a little early. I also got a free drink voucher. It was tasty.
The lift did not start on the ground floor, that was a problem. You needed to use stairs to reach the first floor. The room was too small. It only included a double bed.

the location really worked for me, it was close to many attractions. i found the staff really helpful with directions and local tips. also, the suite offered a lot of space, with two very comfortable double bedrooms, this. i did appreciate the thoughtful details, especially fancy toiletries provided.
the dj's music was quite loud on saturday. even on the second floor, the bass vibrations were very noticeable. i had trouble sleeping until after 1 am because of this.

the hotel stands in a great position, near a tube station and many restaurants, shops and supermarkets are also nearby so everything is accessible. hyde park is within walking distance, offering a quiet place.

the team members greeted me warmly and were presented well, they were helpful. when i needed directions or had questions about the neighborhood, they were always ready with helpful suggestions and assistance. their attentiveness.

the suite included two bedrooms with beds, they were nice. the decor had a unique, vibrant design, with colorful elements. a japanese toilet was a cool experience and added a modern touch.

the suite was thoughtfully furnished. it had two double bedrooms (amazing!) and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. the bathroom was spacious and stylish with a separate tub and shower. fancy toiletries and extra-fluffy towels added a nice touch.
i could not find slippers in the room.

It was hard to move around comfortably. I think the term used to describe the room type is misleading, and it should be made clearer how compact it is. the music from the bar went on quite late, and it was difficult to sleep well. The noise really carried up to the room. It was a definite disturbance.

The hotel features a bar area with DJ music until midnight. I received complimentary cocktail tokens usable between 7 PM and 9 PM. Staff stored my luggage , which was very helpful.
The air conditioning remote was missing , so I couldn't adjust the temperature.

the location is good with a bus stop in front of the door.
my room was not ready at the check-in time. i had to wait nearly an hour to get into my room.. there was also an unexpected discretionary charge. i asked for it to be revoked and thankfully they did remove this charge.
