easy accesshelpful stafftube stopsequipped kitchen
i find the location superb. it has easy access to st paul's cathedral plus westminster, and both blackfriars and st paul's tube stops are very close. we found so many supermarkets plus eating places nearby and a well equipped kitchen, i was amazed. the staff felt friendly and helpful, i loved that.
the shower head in the bathroom squirt water out just one hole and i dont like that experience!

an inner courtyard provides a cosy space and i liked it. the building is a renewed historical house, it had a charming feel.

the hotel is central, i found that very quiet. it has easy access to many places, walking is simple. the onsite restaurant is handy, so i did not have to go far.

the apartment felt huge and had been fully renovated, what a score. cooking facilities worked excellent, so we could prepare meals. i loved having a separate lounge dining room, this was very cool.

the hotel serves an excellent breakfast with a kind and helpful staff, i ate so much. managers and waiters in the restaurant are also very friendly, they served us with a smile. the staff solved our requests flexibly and immediately, i am grateful.

the location was acceptable, with convenient access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning did not function. i found only a fan available, not proactively offered. the hotel safe was left open in a locked position. staff members seemed unaware of how to address it, and assistance required a considerable effort to locate a knowledgeable employee.
