a tender sanctuary

my room was a beautiful studio and it felt so calming. i found coffee and tea always available near reception, a gesture i adore. the location made travel easy, i found the tube station only a short walk away. the neighborhood had such a quiet charm about it, ideal for my peaceful escape.
the elevator only reached the fifth floor, a small inconvenience as my room existed on the sixth. i wish the elevator gave me full access to my floor.

the surrounding streets had various restaurants where one eats deliciously. i found grabbing coffee in the lobby to be a true delight. this was available at any time, to begin or end each day.

the location offered both quietness and easy access to many destinations. i walked to the nearby tube station effortlessly. the area felt safe and beautiful, especially during twilight. it was very near to all the best sites.

the location is great. i walked easily to kensington palace and the natural history museum. da mario restaurant is right next door, what a treat! i loved the coffee machine in the lobby. the service was great.
the room was very small though called a studio.

The room I had was a bit underwhelming. The furniture looked worn with noticeable scratches. The bathroom was small, and the two single beds pushed together (instead of the queen I booked) were uncomfortably firm, causing me back pain (honestly, it was not a great way to start my mornings). the curtains in the bedroom covered a wall instead of a window. I didn't appreciate that.

The kitchenette was well equipped. It had everything i needed. the location had various nearby amenities. i liked having free access to the coffee machine in reception. the lift served all floors, convenient.
the room decor was tired. it seemed like an upgrade would definitely enhance the overall experience.

The location is great. I found the staff helpful. The room was quiet and I appreciated the comfortable bed.
The bedding was too hot for me. The sheets were not cotton. I noticed the bottom sheet was pilled. I found the water far too hot, and the taps were not labeled, so I almost burnt myself in the shower.

i stayed in a studio and i found the beds unusually comfortable. i appreciated the location , it was close to the underground station. there were complimentary drinks available in the reception area , it was a nice touch.
the shower was not good at all. the cold water didn't work properly , so the shower was hot. i had to wash my hair in the kitchen sink because it had slightly cooler water. the carpet seemed filthy and there was fluff coming off of it.

we booked a bedroom for 4 it was set up only for 2 we asked for it to be corrected but nothing was done the bathroom had issues and the shower made a loud noise
