The Bank tube station is directly across the street. The Tower of this building is also a nice walk. Millie's restaurant serves wonderful food. There is live music every night.
The room did not have a proper table for two.

the decor is top notch! the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable, and the whole stay just felt really luxurious. staff members are so nice and helpful! i loved the amenities, from the amazing pool and spa to the rooftop bar with fine views.
Water bottles in the room had a charge. I feel that should be complimentary!

The room included a steamer, a hair straightener, a charger, and an adapter. The staff members were attentive to all my needs. I am already planning my next visit. The selection of bath products, drinks, teas, and proper milk was a generous bonus.
The room was dark. This affected my overall experience slightly.

The minibar had various options. I found a phone charger in the room, a convenience I needed as I had forgotten mine. The bed and pillows provided a comfortable sleep. I also appreciated the ample supply of toiletries from Cow Shed. Breakfast was fine.
Some staff members did not offer the level of warmth I anticipated for a five-star hotel.

The room was beautiful and included many amenities I might have forgotten (like hair straighteners). Free parking was offered around the corner (very convenient). The hotel decor is top notch and the bed was comfortable.
The bar areas become very busy at times. I think the hotel should prioritize residents in those areas.
