The room was spacious and very clean. I found many excellent restaurants and shops nearby.. The location proves very convenient. The room had everything I needed.

i was really disappointed this time. the man on reception was miserable. when i went up to my room the aircon was not working. i returned to reception to report this and asked for it to be resolved. it reminded me of a terrible lack of customer service. also the following morning the kettle wouldn't work and it took a very long time for a replacement to be brought.

the hotel's location is superb. it is tucked away, meaning it is quiet. the location also provides proximity to essential places. rooms are designed beautifully and are large. i enjoyed complimentary coffee available 24/7 in the lobby!!!
the bathroom bin was not emptied upon arrival. there were also some crumbs on the sofa, a minor oversight.

I love the room size! it was very spacious, and i found the bed super comfy. It was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. the kitchen was very well-equipped with all the appliances i needed. the hotel's location felt tucked away and quiet, despite its proximity to many cafes and restaurants.
the closet space could have been a bit larger. it was a minor inconvenience.
