The location offers proximity to Tower Bridge. The building had a unique background story that the staff shared willingly. They were happy to show historical features even after breakfast hours. The room had a comfortable bed and a great walk-in shower.
The minibar in my room was empty except for one water can.

the room was beautiful and very comfortable, the bathroom and shower was amazing.
i had such high hopes for this hotel. i arrived early and asked to check in early, however i was somehow convinced the only way to do so was to pay for an upgraded room. i found it odd since i receive an automatic room upgrade based on my marriott status.

The bed provided good comfort and ample space. I found the bar inviting with appealing drink options. Staff quickly addressed my request for extra towels, delivering them within minutes.
The room's air conditioning did not function. I had to request a fan from the front desk to manage the room temperature.
