I appreciated the room upgrade I received. The room was clean. The shower was very nice and the room was also warm and spacious.
Breakfast was not included. I think it should be included considering the price per night. The room was not ready at check-in time and I had to wait. The room was also small.

the building felt modern and clean. staff in the bar were friendly creating a lovely environment. the reception staff were also amazing and friendly.
my room did not have air conditioning. it was very warm so i asked for it to be repaired and it was. a lamp near the bed stayed on and i had to unplug it.

Underwhelming Experience, Some Issues Noticed

The service was not what I expected. The bar staff seemed uninterested in making complex drinks, that was quite annoying. There was also mold in the shower. I did not like this. Paying so much, I expected a bit more attention to detail from the staff and cleanliness. It felt quite subpar.

the room had a nice bathroom (it was very clean!) and a great shower. the location is very convenient next to a large shopping center. i found the hotel staff very friendly. the lounge had a nice atmosphere.
the coffee machine in the room wasn't the best.

minor hiccups during stay
delayed check-instale cake
The check-in was delayed. One of our rooms was not ready until 30 minutes after the stated check-in time. the receptionist mentioned they were preparing a birthday surprise, but all we found was a small plate of stale cake. also, the floor we were initially told we'd be on changed from the fifth to the second, resulting in some disappointment.
