The staff helped a lot with my early check-in. i also liked the variety of tv channels available in the room. i found the shower products and clean towels a nice extra touch. the welcome gift was a special gesture. I appreciated it.
i noticed that the bathroom door was hard to shut completely. this was in room 431, and it would be great to see it fixed.

the hotel enjoys a prime location, it is close to shepherds bush tube station. access to westfield shopping centre takes only a few minutes by foot. there are numerous dining options available nearby, catering to different tastes.

my double room was furnished but effectively, it featured very good beds. everything was neat and well kept. i particularly appreciated the ample supply of tea and coffee, and the water dispenser for refilling bottles was super useful.

the hotel offered easy check-in procedures, that went smoothly and fast. complimentary luggage storage was helpful. i found the breakfast to be good, there was a nice selection of yogurts, fruits, pastries and cooked items, ensuring i started my day well.

The location was convenient for accessing local attractions, and public transport was readily available. I appreciated how close the hotel was to shops and restaurants. the staff was always friendly and efficient. They quickly addressed my inquiries. my room was clean, and housekeeping maintained it well throughout my visit.
the room's decor seemed somewhat dated. but it wasn't a major issue.

The soundproofing proved inadequate. External noise disrupted sleep each night. i found the traffic noise particularly bothersome, and better glazing is necessary for a restful stay.

the hotel is close to the shepherds bush tube station. it connects to central areas (easy access is important). the staff provided helpful and friendly service. i also found the location great with shops and restaurants nearby.
the room seemed smaller than the pictures showed. the shower lacked proper insulation (it's a bit of a wet room). i found the breakfast terrible.
