The Drayton Court Hotel provides spacious rooms that allow visitors to maximize their trip. Themed rooms have a modern bathroom, flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi, plus tea/coffee facilities. Some rooms feature two beds, an en-suite bathroom, and an LCD television. The hotel also offers suites with a seating area and elegant bathroom with a free-standing bath. Additional amenities in all rooms include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, garden furniture, free toiletries, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, and carpeted floor. Please note all group bookings of more than 5 rooms require full pre-payment and are non-refundable. A 10% booking deposit is due at the time of reservation via Bank Transfer. Once a reservation is received the hotel will provide the Bank account number. 100% full pre-payment 30 days prior to arrival via Bank Transfer on the same account number. This hotel seemed nice at first, but issues quickly looked. Our room was booked for two nights, costing a small fortune. The first night, a noisy event kept us awake. The music blasted until late and I was not happy. I asked staff if they would resolve the issue, but nobody seemed to do anything. This situation was not addressed and repeated the next night.

The location includes on-site parking at no extra cost. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The room was very clean and fresh, and the decorations were pleasing. I appreciated having fresh milk in glass bottles, available from the hallway fridge.
The noise really bothered me . There were events in the function rooms both nights. The bass from the music vibrated through my room until late, interrupting my sleep.

the location was a bonus because of the onsite free parking.
the bedding was not clean, it had some yellow stains on the white duvet cover. the bathroom wasn't great with a bath that had a horrendous leak, I could not have a soak sadly.

I found the location very convenient. The train station is just a short walk away (maybe 100m!), so getting around was easy. The breakfast had a good selection. The staff were really lovely and helpful.
My room had a small issue. The bathroom wasn't great. The bath had a leak, so a soak wasn't possible. It was also a bit noisy at times.

The attention to detail throughout my stay impressed me. The breakfast was amazing. A full menu was included. My room was immaculate and cozy. I greatly enjoyed the beer garden. It was a particularly nice addition.
