I appreciated the well-designed workspace in the room. It was perfect for getting some work done (a real bonus, i must say). the location was really convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants. i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
I noticed a slight musty smell in the bathroom. It was a bit off-putting and could use some attention. this detracted from the otherwise excellent experience.

The location is very convenient for accessing central areas via the tube. our room was comfortable, especially the spacious ensuite shower. the kitchenette was a definite plus. the staff were helpful. I found them always ready to assist. i also appreciated the hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability.
i found that the request for linen changes was not handled very well. it was a bit disappointing, as fresh linens and towels were an issue.

The service was somewhat disappointing. I was told that if I wanted fresh towels, I should leave the used ones on the floor, a standard request, I thought. Instead, housekeeping re-hung the damp, used towels back on the rack. the soundproofing could definitely improve.. I could hear noise from outside and other rooms.
