i found a cappuccino machine available in the foyer offering a great start to the day. the staff was friendly and helpful assisting with directions and local recommendations. the english breakfast each morning was freshly cooked and delicious. i enjoyed the proximity to victoria station making travel very convenient
the room i stayed in was quite small and basic lacking some of the modern amenities i expected

the location was fantastic just a few minutes walk from victoria train tube and coach station , made getting around very easy. it was about 15 minutes walk from buckingham palace allowing easy access to key attractions. this proximity was excellent

The location was very convenient to major attractions. I found the staff very helpful, especially with local directions. The breakfast included freshly cooked options, SUCH as eggs and bacon, a GREAT START TO THE DAY.
The bathroom lacked an effective ventilation system. The absence led to some moisture buildup. This small change would greatly improve the experience.
