I found the location very convenient, close to victoria bus station. It made my late arrival easy. the two-bedroom setup in the basement was a pleasant surprise. the rooms felt recently renovated. Both included desks and comfortable queen beds.
I noticed there weren't towel racks or hooks. The only mirror was a small strip in the bedroom. the lack of decorations. the air conditioning was not working.

the hotel offers complimentary hot cocoa, packaged butter cookies near the door, and a water dispenser. a standing fan was available in the rooms, i used it once. these little extras added a cute touch.

i found a cappuccino machine available in the foyer offering a great start to the day. the staff was friendly and helpful assisting with directions and local recommendations. the english breakfast each morning was freshly cooked and delicious. i enjoyed the proximity to victoria station making travel very convenient
the room i stayed in was quite small and basic lacking some of the modern amenities i expected

the location was fantastic just a few minutes walk from victoria train tube and coach station , made getting around very easy. it was about 15 minutes walk from buckingham palace allowing easy access to key attractions. this proximity was excellent

The location was very convenient to major attractions. I found the staff very helpful, especially with local directions. The breakfast included freshly cooked options, SUCH as eggs and bacon, a GREAT START TO THE DAY.
The bathroom lacked an effective ventilation system. The absence led to some moisture buildup. This small change would greatly improve the experience.
