I found the staff helpful. The breakfast offered fresh bread each morning, a good touch. Its proximity to Earls Court tube station offered great convenience, as did nearby shops and restaurants. The location made exploring the area easy.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled, and I could not adjust the room temperature myself.

Staff members were cute and efficient, providing assistance with luggage storage and offering directions to local attractions. Their prompt attention contributed positively to my overall experience.

Fantastic Stay!
fresh options excellent location helpful staff
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the fresh options. The location is excellent. Earls Court Station is nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet had sufficient options. There were possibilities to order hot dishes directly to the table. I found the restaurant staff very attentive. They always greeted guests with a happy face.

The hotel staff was super friendly. They were also very helpful. I recommend them for their excellent service. I found the service warm and friendly, especially from Roger and Richard.

The hotel is close to the metro station. It is only a short walk away. There is an M&S store just across the street. The location is near touristical places, for example, the Natural History Museum.

happy assistant convenient location lovely housekeeping
roger, the breakfast assistant, was so fabulous. he was super happy and very engaging. i needed extra tea and coffee, and bettina, a lovely housekeeping lady from latvia, brought it right away. the location was convenient, just three minutes from earls court tube station.
the room i got at first was much smaller than what i ordered. it was located behind the bar and was street-level.
