I found the staff helpful. The breakfast offered fresh bread each morning, a good touch. Its proximity to Earls Court tube station offered great convenience, as did nearby shops and restaurants. The location made exploring the area easy.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled, and I could not adjust the room temperature myself.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the fresh options. The location is excellent. Earls Court Station is nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

roger, the breakfast assistant, was so fabulous. he was super happy and very engaging. i needed extra tea and coffee, and bettina, a lovely housekeeping lady from latvia, brought it right away. the location was convenient, just three minutes from earls court tube station.
the room i got at first was much smaller than what i ordered. it was located behind the bar and was street-level.
