I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-kept. The location is excellent, close to Paddington Station! The apartment included all necessary amenities.
The television offered a limited selection of channels.

The hotel has a convenient location. It is only a short walk from both Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate. This location provides great access to various destinations, also Hyde Park is very close to the premises.

The location was quite convenient. I was within a short walk of paddington station. this made getting around the city easy. the kitchenette was a nice bonus, it included all the necessary items. coffee and tea. the room was spacious enough, it also featured a desk and a comfortable chair.
certain staff members lacked experience or the willingness to help. i noticed this when i asked about switching my rooms. my two rooms were switched in our reservation, i wanted the larger room. also, the sofas and carpeting are showing their age, the sofas and carpeting could use some updating.

The staff was helpful. The location was really near Paddington Station.
The room did not have air conditioning and I had to open windows during hot days. This let in a lot of noise and dust. The washing machine in my room also broke and it took too long to resolve anything.
