mixed feelings after stay
easy parkingmissing toilet brushexcessive noise
the bedroom was clean enough , and the parking was easy.
i had a supposedly refurbished room , but there was no toilet brush. also , the tv remote was a universal one. i could only watch bbc1. the noise from ongoing building works was excessive, with banging and hammering starting early each morning.

The food was really nice and very good for the value (I mean, who can complain about that?).
The room was not what I expected. I saw cobwebs all over the shade on the ceiling above the bed plus marks on the sheets. It was quite off-putting. I spoke to reception and they moved us, but the toilet on the outside of the new room was disgusting with used toilet rolls in the bathroom.

The staff at the front desk were always present. They answered all my questions quick. Breakfast included a good selection of cereals. Fresh milk and bread were provided at the buffet each morning. The staff replenished items constantly.
The corridor carpets showed wear. My shower head was a little loose in the Standard Family Room. The water pressure varied. The temperature fluctuated a lot.

My room was a bit rough around the edges. The bathroom needed a complete overhaul, I saw mould in the small window bay. The bath was badly marked and discoloured. I think the hotel needs a little care.
