nice breakfaststeep stairsearly deliveries
the breakfast was very nice. it was a good start to the day.
The stairs to the room were quite steep. i found it a bit difficult to manage them with my luggage. also, the noise from deliveries early in the morning was a bit disruptive. I could hear the trucks.

I found some issues with the room i stayed in. The provided shortbread biscuits were loose in a jar. They did not come in a packet. The bathroom flooring bubbled up, SO it became a trip hazard (i nearly fell!).

Excellent Experience

The staff provided friendly, attentive, and efficient service. I found a large choice of food of very good quality. The bus stop located just across the road offered a quick route to the city. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed and linen were lovely. The pub and hosts were fabulous. The beds were really comfortable. The shower worked well. The food was delicious.
The wifi signal did not reach my room. There was a certain amount of noise on the roof space over my head. The room is situated by a fairly busy road, so I heard traffic early on

The restaurant was always busy and served very good cuisine. Breakfast was available ala carte and included English and continental options. This provided great flexibility and variety .

The hotel is close to the A11, providing easy access. This made traveling very convenient. I experienced quiet nights. These factors created good conditions for sleep.
