the breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. the staff were friendly, and they was always helpful when i needed something. the room were clean, and it was nice to stay there.

The room seemed a bit dated. the bathroom was small. It was hard to move around in it. i found some hair in my omelette. It was unpleasant.

i had a fantastic welcome when i checked in , and the service in the bar was really nice. the surroundings were lovely , and my room was clean and comfy.

emily did not tell us that the pool was closing early because of staff problems , that was disappointing.

The location has a large car park, and the main reception area is great. the hotel features a well-equipped gym that guests can access starting at 6:30 in the morning. this gym includes a pool. two saunas . One for dry heat and another for humid heat.

the double beds are comfortable , and the rooms are kept clean. each room contains an electric kettle , a coffee pod machine , a desk , a table and a sofa. the standard rooms are well-equipped.

the location allows easy access to the city centre. a large supermarket is within a 10 minute walk from the hotel , so buying groceries is convenient. the hotel is accessible off the main ring road.

the staff is friendly and very helpful to guests with dogs. the breakfast service offered top notch service , and plates were cleared quickly. i found all the staff competent , cute , professional and sincere.

the food service was slow. when the food finally arrived it was of poor quality. the room we booked was a premium room. it was very small. the bathroom was especially cramped, and the door was cracked and in need of painting
