the staff gave the kids a welcome pack , and it totally made their day! the restaurant's menu was super flexible , catering to my dietary needs. breakfast had a great fresh selection, something you don't see often! the pool was a hit with both adults and kids.
i noticed a tiny bit of mold around the shower's edge , but it was a very minor thing.

dinner was lovely with a self-serve option showcasing a wide variety of delicious choices , it also had a dedicated children's area and even a play area. breakfast included an excellent variety with tasty options.

the room had pillow choices, i slept so well. my room was modern , comfy , and spotlessly clean , a combination that always makes a difference. the bar and restaurant area was lovely , a perfect space to relax after a long day.

The hotel offered a spacious family room, and I found it easy to relax. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and it was great that kids ate free. The pool and gym facilities were very nice. We loved the pool. The staff were friendly and very accommodating .
The room stat could be easily altered to suit the temperature. however, there was no working phone in the bedroom!

The room was spacious. A pillow menu provided an extra touch, i was thankful for that. I found the staff very helpful.
The beds were really uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed. The window was open and a broken handle was there so i couldn't close it. The main lights in the room did not work.

The hotel gym was a bit of a letdown. It only had two treadmills. The cross trainer was out of order. A handwritten sign warned me. I also found only a limited selection of free weights available. These were minor issues but they impacted my workout plans. The breakfast buffet also presented a snag one morning. Some of the hot items were lukewarm, I found. This was despite it being only an hour after the service began. Scrambled eggs and baked beans should be served hot, surely.
