The food onsite was delicious. Entertainment options were plentiful. I didn't need to leave the hotel. Everything i wanted was within its walls. The grounds were beautiful and clean.
the check-in process took too long, a significant inconvenience. i also experienced a lack of hot water, a minor issue but still irritating.

I appreciated the central location. It made getting around so easy. the staff were helpful whenever i needed directions. the room had a nice view too. It was quite special.
the pool area felt overcrowded, a bit disappointing. i had trouble finding an available lounger each day. also, the extra charges for coffee pods in the room seemed unnecessary.

The location was great, providing easy access to many attractions.
The room needed maintenance. There were missing pieces on the bathroom baseboards (a definite eyesore), and a light fixture was falling apart. I also noticed chunks missing from the mirror frame, with decorative strips missing and tape showing. It's frustrating when you pay a premium price and the room is subpar.
