Check-in was very efficient. I easily located inexpensive dining options inside the casino. Happy hour specials were abundant and convenient!
The hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room, an inconvenience. Bathroom fixtures showed some wear and tear. The shower baseboard had noticeable water damage.

Staff members were friendly and cute when I interacted with them. I appreciated their helpful attitudes. The team swiftly addressed our need to store medication in a refrigerator, managing the request efficiently. the service was commendable. All queries were promptly resolved.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. The hotel provided very easy access to New York-New York. Proximity to the monorail and T-Mobile Arena added to the convenience of staying here.

the lack of a fridge or microwave was frustrating , especially since i was trying to save money. also , the pool was unexpectedly closed one afternoon due to supposed bad weather. this was annoying because the weather cleared up later , and the staff's explanation felt dismissive.

i found the multiple food options convenient for families. the location allowed easy access to nearby hotels because of the connections. i liked that i could easily walk outside without encountering huge crowds.
i noticed the absence of a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. this seemed like a significant omission given the price point.

The bathroom was a great size. This made sharing the space very comfortable. the hotel's location was also quite convenient. there were many food and shopping options available right on the hotel and easy access to the tram.
the hotel replaced staff with kiosks for check-in, and it wasn't a positive change. the lack of actual people creates frustration who need help that the kiosks just can't provide. check-in was delayed.
