My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the hospitality from the staff was commendable and certainly a highlight, I found the rooms to be quite dated and lacking in basic amenities. The dining options were rather mediocre, and service at times was disappointing. It's necessary for the hotel to improve overall to match the standards set by others in the area.
