the location was great. it was central to where i wanted to visit. the lobby and garden area were beautiful! the staff was friendly and helpful, ALWAYS.
The check-in lines were long! it took almost an hour. i noticed at least four employees behind the counter who weren't actively assisting guests. It was frustrating. the mini bar system had some issues. I think they really need to revise their system

The shower pressure was unfortunately very weak. The noise from a nearby hotel was noticeable late at night (it disrupted sleep).

the spring display of flowers was lovely. water attraction magic..
i found it quite disappointing that there were no coffee makers in the room. the guest services operator even mentioned they receive numerous requests for it. it seems like a small amenity that could greatly improve the stay.
