efficient check-in comfortable bed convenient access
I found the app check-in efficient. It provided quick access to my room. The provided bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel location offered convenient access to many destinations, a big plus was a convenience store across the street for forgotten items.

adequate stay overall
convenient tram clean room long walk noisy vent
the location was convenient to allegiant stadium and the tram provided helpful access to other areas. the room was also nice and clean, so i found that satisfactory.
The tower rooms require a long walk to reach destinations, and the check-in desk nearby is often unmanned. my room lacked a view beyond hvac equipment. This also resulted in considerable noise from a large return vent outside the door.

repeat visit was pretty good
free tram equipped center
i appreciate the free tram service between this hotel and two other hotels. it also stops at the corner of the boulevard and tropicana avenue. i found easy access to bridges to different sides of the street. the fitness center is equipped well.
the hallway needed better cleaning. the green elevator had an unpleasant odor. it made my stomach upset. trash was present all over the parking area.

massive atrium updated tower room separate shower
the building is very excellent with its massive atrium! the tower room was nicely updated. i found the separate tub and shower quite enjoyable.
I was disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room. It was like a money grab, really.

the room had a big bathroom. a lot was available in the hotel. i could easily walk to connecting properties.
the elevators felt a bit hectic since it was 39 degrees. i think they could improve that.

The suite in the tower was great. The bed was comfortable. Tower 1 provides excellent in-room comfort, with a chaise lounge being a noteworthy addition. The rooms were also very dark at night. This allowed for restful sleep. I recommend this side if you want a quiet experience.
The staff did not appear very friendly for the price I paid. I was also prepared for them to change my room after payment and selection prior to arrival. Rooms are outdated and do not have a fridge. I found this inconvenient.

Awesome pyramid adventure!
friendly staff convenient tram unique style
I really enjoyed my visit to the pyramid. The staff were super friendly and always quick to assist. I also liked the tram that connected to nearby spots, , made it very convenient. The building design really blew my mind with its unique style.
The elevators were a little slow during peak times. I had to wait a bit to get up to my floor.

The pyramid is in a great spot, near many shopping and dining options. Walkable access to other casinos is a plus. It is also very close to the airport. This made my transfers so easy!
