I found the staff super helpful and friendly, it made a real difference. Dining options are new and quite good. My suite had a beautiful view, a real treat and the room was spacious. Free parking was available, a big plus.

The pool remained closed for a few days after I arrived which was disappointing. This impacted my relaxation time.

there was no coffee machine in the room, a basic amenity i expect. we had a room for four, but only got three towels nightly. this was frustrating. the bathroom floor also wasn't properly leveled, so shower water constantly leaked out.

The remodeled rooms are great. Excellent value for a large suite. Tony Luke's cheesesteaks are very delicious. The location is convenient, with two other casinos in walking distance, and the strip is just a short ride away. I enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions.

The masquerade parking deck requires a long walk through a skybridge.

My remodeled suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed. I found that the bathroom was clean. The hotel kept the room tidy and well maintained throughout my stay. A GREAT experience.

The front desk agent was helpful in answering my questions. The reward center was very useful and explained the new system well. Housekeeping was also very attentive to my needs .

The pool area has new furniture and umbrellas available . Resurfacing is recently completed. Free parking is available . I found the gym very convenient. It has a variety of equipment for a good workout.
