Ultra Hip King Staycation!
large room prime location good dining casino games
I am so thrilled with the Ultra Hip King Smoking room! It was way larger than I expected. The bathroom, wow, it was like a dream, especially the shower. The location was prime, putting me in the center of all attractions. Dining options and games in casino were very good.
The elevators were pretty slow at peak times, which sometimes meant I had to wait a little before going to my room.

The hotel has a nice, clean atmosphere, and the fitness center includes three treadmills, each with individual TV screens, which gives a plus during your routines, also you can find several weight machines.

I found multiple dining options in the building, it was a huge plus. Miracle Mile Shops is located in and near the hotel. One can find different restaurants, from fast food to luxurious experiences. Earl Of Sandwich is very worth it.

I arrived early, and a very kind gentleman offered an upgrade for a better room. He answered all my questions with patience. I think that customer service is the most important aspect. I appreciate that a lot.

the location was central it was easy to reach other attractions from here. my ultra hip king smoking room was spacious i liked the separate vanity area in the bathroom. the casino had a lively atmosphere it kept me entertained during the evenings.

the location was very central. bedroom and bathroom, quite spacious. it added to overall comfort.
the shower Took about ten min to get hot water. that was long. i would like hot water sooner. it just wastes water.

The location is central, offering easy access to many attractions. I found the shopping options within the Miracle Mile Shops to be excellent. The room provided great amenities. It enhanced the experience.

poor housekeeping broken elevator
the location was acceptable for exploring the surrounding area.
I was annoyed when i found that housekeeping didn't clean the room properly . on one day, they only left clean towels and a roll of toilet paper. also, one of the elevators wasn't working well. I wanted to order breakfast to my room, but no one answered the phone. so frustrating!!!
