The staff was helpful and friendly. the location is great. Everything felt close. i liked that the hotel offered access to the monorail system. the rooms were quiet. We loved that.

the location was really convenient for seeing shows. my room was very clean. i also liked that the staff was very nice and helpful with directions.

My shower was not great. It did not have a glass or curtain on the box! there was no fridge in my room, and i really wanted one. some of my items were taken, too

central location clean hotel parking garage high prices

The location is central allowing easy walks north or south. The hotel was clean too. I liked the food and action. It was top tier.

Our room's view faced a parking garage. I was not happy about that. The minibar prices seemed very high. Nine dollars for anything felt unreasonable.
