decent room but housekeeping missed some things

the room was quite spacious with nice amenities. i really loved the comfortable bed i had a great sleep. the valet team was also very helpful they got my car ready super fast every time i asked
i found some hair in the shower it wasn't very clean. the toilet was also not very clean i expect better from a hotel of this standard.

valet parking was swift and painless i had a very easy check in process it made settling in very quick the rooms are beautiful and the views of the area are amazing too the digital check in made everything easier. the staff i interacted with were cute and helpful. my room was really clean and large it also had a kitchenette!

the valet parking service was fast and efficient making arrival and departure very convenient the hotel provides a modern and elegant lobby design setting a luxurious tone. the pool area features comfortable loungers and shaded areas for relaxation.

the front desk staff offered top tier customer service creating a cute environment the hotel mostly uses digital systems for check in improving efficiency. i found the staff to be very approachable and nice to deal with.

the studio offers a full sized fridge cooktop microwave dishwasher dining table and a stackable washer dryer. the rooms are big and clean with a nice kitchenette it's perfect if you're traveling with family.

the hotel is near many dining options in the lobby area i tried the apps and drinks at vice versa and it tasted delicious. it's great to be in a location that's a short walk away from the bellagio and cosmopolitan.
