The hotel boasts a convenient location near key attractions. The absence of smoking throughout the premises was a major plus for me. I found diverse dining options available. Staff displayed really good kindness and helpfulness.

romantic getaway at a serene escape
dining options serene escape entertainment venues
the hotel offered a completely non-smoking environment which was refreshing. multiple dining options were available providing various culinary experiences. its proximity to entertainment venues and other hotels created a seamless connection to the excitement nearby the bed felt soft. luggage fit well. the mini bar held our beverages.
the air conditioning did not cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

security was visible throughout the hotel ensuring a safe atmosphere. staff members were consistently available to assist with directions and information. the check-in process was efficient and courteous making our arrival smooth.

the hotel's location provided easy access to neighboring attractions. the convenient access to nearby bars offered many late-night options. the walk to the theater was short for the maroon 5 concert we were attending.

mixed feelings about this stay
dirty bar area repeated disruptions
the hotel didnt meet my expectations. the tvs didnt worked, which it was a major inconvenience. the bar area seemed not clean, and that bothered me a lot. we also had problems with repeated knockings on our door, even with the 'do not disturb' sign present.

non-smoking environment clean room excellent location
i found the hotel to be non-smoking and that was a definite plus. i thought the machines were a little too digital, but still fun. the room was clean but i did miss having a refrigerator. the location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful too.
the absence of a refrigerator was inconvenient it would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks i had to get ice from the machine down the hall i wish they provided one in each room

the hotel has a free tram to bellagio which was very convenient i found it easy to get to the forum shops because of it the pools were also nice and i enjoyed spending time there.

i checked in early around noontime which was a bonus the staff was friendly and quick to respond to my questions uber pick-up and drop-off were easy too which i appreciated.
