Rooms
Rooms at Agra Suites have air conditioning, free WiFi, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. Some rooms include a small balcony or a private terrace. Soundproof windows keep street noise out. The suite has a separate living area and a large bathtub. Deluxe double rooms have a small terrace. Family rooms for 3-4 people include a king bed plus a sofa bed or cot.
Breakfast at Local Café
Breakfast is served at Caffè on the ground floor of the building, just outside the hotel. It includes coffee, brioche, and other Italian pastries. Guests receive a voucher each morning.
Terrace and Free WiFi
A community terrace with outdoor furniture is available for guests. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. The hotel has a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix in some rooms.
Location
Agra Suites is in the Chiaia district, on Piazza Martiri. It is less than 1 km from Castel dell'Ovo and a 13-minute walk from Mappatella Beach. The San Carlo Theatre is also less than 1 km away. The property is close to shops, restaurants, and the seafront. The historic centre and ferry terminals are a 15-20 minute walk.
Helpful Staff and Shuttle
The hotel offers airport shuttle service (paid), daily housekeeping, and luggage storage. Staff, especially Biagio, assist with restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, and arranging tours to Pompeii and Vesuvius. A safety deposit box is available. Note: the hotel is on the second floor without an elevator - staff help carry luggage. Key card access and CCTV are provided for security.
“From what I've gathered, the recent renovations have brought a modern elegance to the suites, particularly highlighted by the comfortable beds and chic updates throughout. It seems the staff, especially Biagio, are a standout, consistently going the extra mile to assist with everything from local recommendations to logistical arrangements. The location in a glamorous part of the city, close to shops and the seafront, further solidifies its appeal for a well-rounded stay.”
